Despite being almost at the centre of Scotland’s whisky-producing capital, Glen Spey whisky has remained hidden from all but the most keen-nosed malt hunters for over a century. Benefiting from the Gulf Stream affect, Glen Spey was no doubt founded here for the region's fertile land and abundant fresh water.
